Bhopal: The spell of rain has begun in Chhattisgarh after the onset of the monsoon. Light to moderate rainfall has been received in different parts of the state for the past several days. At the same time, the MET department has predicted heavy rainfall in many cities of the state today. Let us know that due to the rain, moisture is being seen in the temperature in most of the places. According to the MET department, it is expected to be cloudy throughout the day in the capital Raipur today.

As per the information received from the Meteorological Department, a low-pressure area is seen forming in and around North Odisha. A cyclonic circulation extends in and around the northwest Bay of Bengal. At the same time, the monsoon is active southeastwards over the east-central Bay of Bengal. The impact of which is being seen in Chhattisgarh. At the same time, according to the Meteorological Department, due to the active monsoon in the Bay of Bengal, there may be good rainfall in Chhattisgarh in the month of July.

Heavy rain alert in these districts of Madhya Pradesh:- The MET department has issued a heavy rainfall alert in Bhopal, Rajgarh, Sehore, Chhindwara, Mandla, Seoni, Narmadapuram, Indore, Khandwa, Dhar, Khargone, Alirajpur, Jhabua, Barwani, Burhanpur, Ujjain, Shajapur, Dewas, Agar, Mandsaur in Madhya Pradesh today. According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of heavy rainfall ranging from 64.5 to 115.5 mm in the districts of Bhopal, Chhindwara, Mandla, Seoni and Narmadapuram divisions today. The Meteorological Department has expressed the possibility of thunder and lightning in many districts of the Rewa, Shahdol, Gwalior and Chambal divisions today.
