New Delhi: over the past several days, blind and rain wreaked havoc on Wednesday in several districts of the summer. At least 17 were killed in separate incidents. Four persons were killed in Siddharthnagar of Basti division, three each in Deoria and Avadh, two in Ballia, Azamgarh, Kushinagar, Maharajganj, Lakhimpur and Pilibhit.
