HDFC is the very first bank to report the benefit of the digitization in just after two years of the launch of its online payment services. Its E-Click internet services have garnered a huge number of users. 

This huge change arrived, when the company announced the 'loan in 10 seconds' policy, this has dropped the costs of bank and raised the disbursal of the bank. The company revealed that they are using analytics to fulfill the demands of users.

Arvind Kapil, country head of HDFC bank said in a statement, "Our operating costs are coming down. My cost to income is improving every year. We are growing top line as well as building efficiency by going digital in these businesses. 
Now as we do digital in multiple areas like making approvals, using ECS or certain ATMs or packaging certain digital products for large marquee companies it will also improve our productivity."
