Raj Kundra is one of a renowned businessman as he is married to actress Shilpa Shetty. Therefore he remains in the limelight.  He was in news last year when he was accused of making porn movies and selling them on online platforms. After this Raj Kundra was also in jail for a long time.

Now, Raj Kundra’s lawyer Prashant Patil told that they are ready to argue the case on merit. He further added that although there is a Prima Facie case that has been made out they have full faith in the judiciary and he feels the truth shall come out. He also claimed that there is no evidence against Raj Kundra and asked for removal of his name from the case. Raj Kundra has pleaded in the court that he should be acquitted of these charges and his name should be removed from the case. Although it is not that easy either.

Yesterday Shilpa Shetty shared a special video for Raj Kundra on her Instagram handle and penned a sweet caption, that read: “For a million memories to cherish, For all our happy days, For a family to call ‘mine’, For your loving & goofy ways…I’m thankful that you’re my bestest friend, the father of my children, my love, and my strength. Happy birthday, my Cookie Here’s wishing you more strength, health, protection, and all in abundance… always.”
