Shilpa Shetty's husband Raj Kundra is currently in great trouble. In fact, he has been accused of making and streaming adult films and soon there are shocking revelations in the matter. Last Friday, the Mumbai court remanded Raj Kundra and his aide, Ryan Thorp, to police custody till July 27. Raj was produced before a magistrate in the high court yesterday. He also challenged the Mumbai Police for his arrest. Now, amidst the whole issue, the latest video of Raj Kundra appearing on social media shows him watching the media.

You can see him waving in this video. Raj was captured on camera by the paparazzi while leaving Byculla jail for the high court and was surrounded by the paper. The police officers then put Raj in his car, but Raj was seen sitting inside the car waving at the paparazzi. After waving to the media, they joined hands with the car and greeted them. In the video, you can clearly see the sadness on Raj's face. In the high court yesterday, Raj told the magistrate that "videos can be seen as "intense" on their apps, but they do not directly show "clear sexual acts."
On the other hand, challenging the Mumbai Police, Raj Kundra has also said in the High Court that the 41A notice was not served to him by the Mumbai Police. 41A notice is for muscle in front of police. After receiving this notice, the rules have to be followed by the person. If the person does, he cannot be arrested for his charges, but he can be taken for recording. If the person does not follow the rules of the notice, he may be arrested. Even after all these arguments, Raj Kundra has been remanded in judicial custody by the court till July 27.
