Bollywood's funny man Govinda celebrates his 54th birthday today. Of late, the actor, fondly called as Chi Chi by his near and dear ones, has been in news more for his explosive statements than his cinematic performances. From calling out his long-time collaborator David Dhawan to targetting Karan Johar, Govinda has blazing spoken his heart out, much to everyone's shock. When Govinda's part was chopped off from Jagga Jasoos. Govinda was hired for a crucial role in Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif starrer Jagga Jasoos and the actor had even shot for his part. However, after a delay of three years, the makers decided to chop off his part altogether to leave him fuming with anger. Govinda, in a series of tweets, called out Ranbir and the film's director Anurag Basu. He even said that he had done the film because he had a lot of respect for the Kapoor family. Ranbir later apologised for it saying, "Unfortunately the entire track has been chopped off; it is our fault, Basu and mine. We had started this film very prematurely, without a complete script. The character had completely changed, and the film was taking so long. It is very irresponsible, and very unfair to cast a great legend like Govinda and not give justice to his role."
