Jaipur: Pending cases of The Prime Minister's Kisan Samman Fund Scheme will be disposed of in a week. As per the revised guideline of PM Kisan Yojana, applications of all farmers covered by the scheme will be required to be uploaded on the portal by June 30. Through video conferencing at the secretariat, the Chief Secretary along with all the District Collectors has issued instructions on the Prime Minister's Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana.

Meanwhile, the Chief Secretary has said that he has also ordered setting up of help desks in the district to make eligible farmers aware. He has said that institutions like Rural Development and Panchayati Raj should also be included for the implementation of the scheme. The Chief Secretary has said that the Prime Minister's Kisan Samman Nidhi where only marginal and small farmers were eligible earlier. However, as per the revised guideline of the Central Government, large farmers have also been included along with marginal and small farmers.
He said, according to the estimates, 55 lakh farmers in the state are eligible for the PM Kisan Yojana. Out of which 38.10 lakh farmers have received applications. He directed that the remaining 17 lakh farmers should receive applications and complete the implementation of the scheme. The applications of 34.50 lakh farmers in the state are reported to have been uploaded on the PM Kisan Portal. Out of which 19.34 lakh applications have been completed by Patwaris.
