Jaipur: A tragic accident took place today outside the world-famous Mehndipur Balaji temple in the Dausa district of Rajasthan. Anyone who heard about this incident was shocked. In fact, the 10-year-old boy, holding his mother's hand before going to visit Balaji, encountered a very unfortunate accident. Later, his body was taken to the government hospital for post-mortem by the police. The Mehdipur Balaji police station has been investigating the incident.

Police said that on Tuesdays and Saturdays of every week, the number of devotees visiting Mehndipur Balaji is in the thousands. Lakhs of people from all over the country, including Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and Delhi, come to catch a glimpse of Balaji at the time of festivals. Today is also a big day. Today is the day of Ashtami of Navratri as well as Saturday. Due to this, thousands of devotees from many states are coming to have a darshan of Hanuman Ji. Police said, Ramrup, a resident of the Nandgaon area of Agra district of UP, had arrived with his wife and 10-year-old  son Rohan this morning to have darshan of Mehndipur Balaji. There was a huge crowd in the temple today.

The family was waiting for their turn near the parking lot near the temple. During this time, a car driver quickly retreated the car without looking back. Rohan got under the car and got stuck. Even after that, the driver tried to run the car. He thought a stone was trapped under the car. Later, when there was a scream, he came out of the car and the whole incident was revealed, but by then the child had died. Police have taken the car driver into custody.
