Jaipur: A major accident has been reported in Jaisalmer in Rajasthan. Here the current flowed in a passenger bus. Three people were reportedly killed in the accident. At the same time, 5 people are said to be injured. The incident took place near Polji Dairy. The passengers were returning from Tembare Rai Temple after having visited, during which the accident took place. The Superintendent of Police confirmed the death of three people and injuries to five. The condition of one of them is fragile. The injured have been admitted to a local hospital for treatment. The seriously injured have been referred to Jodhpur.
It is being told that the two people who lost their lives in the accident were Ranaram Meghwal and Narayanram Meghwal were cousins. Both were residents of Khinya village. Apart from these, the third person who died has been identified as Padmaram Meghwal. A similar case was reported on January 17, 2021, in the Jalore district of Rajasthan. Here in Maheshpura village, a bus full of passengers was hit by an electric wire. About two dozen of the passengers on board the bus were charred to death, of which about six people died on the spot. Six seriously injured were referred to Jodhpur.
Actually, the bus had strayed the way and came to the middle of the village. Ghanshyam Singh, a resident of Maheshpura, had said that the bus, full of passengers, had left Mandoli for Beawar. But at night the path went astray. The bus had entered Maheshpura village due to straying. In the village, the 11 KV line caught fire due to the electric wire touching the bus.
