Rajasthan: A man clicks selfies with 3 dying road accident sufferers

Jaipur:  The selfie obsession spoils your emotions, the recent instance proves it. According to ANI sources a man in Rajasthan clicked selfies with three people who met with a road accident and died due to their injuries.

The man who has a clicking selfies mania, and Obsessed with it instead of helping victims chose to capture the unpleasant moment.

News agency ANI posted photographs of the man taking selfies with the deceased on its official Twitter handle . The photographs also show a number of other spectators at the accident spot.

Police said, had the onlookers helped the victims on time, they would have survived.

As per the sociologists, selfie obsession is a mental status, and this obsession has often led to several accidents in the recent past.

In April this year, the Centre asked the state governments to recognize tourist spots where accidents occur oftenly when people take selfies, following reports of a number of such incidents.

Criticizing the incident, Twitter got burst and many tweets posted regarding this . On  of the Twitter user wrote, ““Shame on such selfie addict people. Govt should consider booking of such persons under appropriate sections by amending law (sic).” 

Union Minister of State for Home Hansraj Gangaram Ahir said that in his replay to LS  that safety provisions for tourists, including precautionary measures to put off any annoying incident such as declaring 'No-Selfie Zones' at popular tourist sites were the key accountability of the state governments and Union territory administrations.
