Alwar: A case of gang rape from Alwar district of Rajasthan has come to light. A 19-year-old girl was kidnapped and raped by 7 men and later knocked on the roadside and fled. The victim's brother has filed a complaint against seven persons including Tahir, Saddam and Sajid. DSP Om Prakash Meena has said that a youth living under MIA police station area of Alwar had lodged a complaint with the police station on July 5, 2021. The youth said that on July 4, his sister went out of the house at around 11:30 pm to tie a cow. At the same time, Tahir, Saddam and Sajid were sitting there drinking.

According to the report, the three accused then kidnapped the victim and took her to Tahir's house where the trio took turns raping the victim. The youth said in his complaint that the accused then took his sister to Sankhla village in Bolero. Tahir's friends Wasim and Parvez raped the victim there. The accused did not stop here. They took the victim to Diwakari where Chatar Kumhar and Urban Khan also robbed the victim. The accused then thrashed the victim near. The victim's brother has since reached the police station and lodged a report of kidnapping and gang rape.

According to police, a case of kidnapping and gang rape has been registered on the complaint of the victim's brother and an inquiry has been initiated. Police said, the statements of the victim have been recorded under Section 161 of the CRPC and a medical test has also been conducted. Statements under Section 164 will also be recorded from the victim.
