It is being told that the notice has been given by the SHO of Thana Jawahar Nagar in Kota city to sculptor Mrityunjay Biswas. Regarding this order, instructions have been given not to make 'POP (Plaster of Paris) idols'. This has put sculptors in trouble. Because, many of his statues have already been made, whose height is higher than the government decree. The notice further reads, "The idols made for Ganesh Chaturthi, Durga Puja and Anant Chaturdashi are immersed in Chambal river and Kishore Sagar pond. This pollutes the water and poses a threat to aquatic animals as well. If anyone is found making a statue of Plaster of Paris, his statue will be confiscated. At the end of the notice, it is written in bold letters that the height of the clay statues shall not exceed 3 feet.''

Sujeet Swamy, a social media user, shared a copy of the order on his Twitter handle. In his tweet, Sujit tagged several officers of Kota and Rajasthan Police including the Prime Minister, Home Minister's Office, and Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot. Along with this, Sujit wrote in his tweet, "Mughal rule was also like this. Gajanan should not be more than 3 feet. Water is polluted. Is there water, air, fire, sound, land, pollution only from Hindu festivals?''
