Jaipur: Describing the second wave of coronavirus infection as very deadly, CM Ashok Gehlot said that the state government will not be able to help the general public. The weekend curfew in Rajasthan started at 6 pm on Saturday, which would continue till 5 am on Monday. Even after that, the state government has announced to impose a nightly curfew every evening from six o'clock to five o'clock in the morning. 

In his message to the people of the state about the condition of Corona in the state, CM Gehlot said that his government is concerned about the life and livelihood of the people and necessary steps have been taken to stop the spread of the virus. Referring to the various elections, he said, "You see that the limits have been exceeded in the elections" Even after pleading for refusal, the judiciary allowed the election. This is their own decision. The Election Commission had to do its duty, they also started getting elections done and we too made mistakes.

He said that the way Bihar elections were started, rallies of lakhs were being held, now elections are being held in five states, then you have seen what is happening. Rallies were also being held for the by-elections in Rajasthan, to some extent we are also responsible for this. CM Gehlot said that the second wave of Corona has come, it has caused complete destruction in the last month.
