Jaipur: Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot has tightened the rules for travelers coming from Maharashtra and Kerala to the state. These two states have been instructed to make it mandatory to show negative report of RT-PCR test done within 72 hours of starting the journey on arrival in Rajasthan. Iinstructions have also been given to screen them at the railway station and airport.

CM Gehlot said that the corona is not completely finished yet. In a few days, its cases have increased rapidly in other states including Kerala and Maharashtra. In this case, the people of the state should be alert. Ensure effective adherence to other health protocols, including mask, keeping physical distance. He said that after the state of Corona infection was completely under control due to the efficient management of the state government, the state government gave a concession in business and social activities, but it has been seen that some people have been able to maintain the corona protocol and are not being cautious about it. In view of this, he has issued instructions to conduct awareness campaign across the state from the first week of March.

This campaign will be run by the Department of Information and Public Relations and the Department of Autonomous Governance. CM Gehlot said that in some states, increasing cases of corona is a matter of concern, because no one knows when this disease takes its form.
