Jaipur: In INX Media case, senior Congress leader in Tihar Jail and former Finance Minister P. Chidambaram had come to meet Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot in Tihar Jail. After the meeting, Gehlot termed the matter as the biggest example of political vendetta and said, "Even today Chidambaram is concerned about this country."

Gehlot further said, 'We were talking about the recession going on in the country, what will be the conditions in it, exports have reduced, agriculture and industries are in bad condition and what will happen to the farmers? Even today, sitting in jail, Chidambaram is worrying about these issues. Gehlot said that he who will be a patriot will worry about the future of the country. According to the information, during Gehlot's meeting with Chidambaram, son of Congress veteran Chidambaram and MP Karti was also with him.

After meeting for about half an hour, Rajasthan CM Gehlot told reporters, 'I hope Chidambaram ji will soon get bail.' He said, 'He has got this reward after serving the country for 45 years. He is kept in jail without any trial, without any case and without any charge. On the basis of the testimony of the person who is himself imprisoned in the murder of his daughter, Chidambaram has been put in jail.
