Rajasthan: Election campaign escalates Corona infection, CM Gehlot's half cabinet tested positive

Jaipur: Due to elections in the crisis of corona epidemic in Rajasthan. During the Municipal Corporation and Panchayat elections, 40 MLA of Congress and BJP tested positive for corona.  So far 2 MLAs have lost their lives. Former MLAs including three former ministers have lost their lives in the state from Corona. Apart from this, during the election campaign, many other leaders have lost their lives due to Corona.

Earlier, Congress MLA Kailash Trivedi died due to corona. Now former BJP minister and MLA Kiran Maheshwari also died from Corona. Kiran Maheshwari was in charge of Kota Municipal Corporation elections and during the election campaign tested positive for corona. Half the cabinet of CM Gehlot has been corona infected out of which currently Cooperation Minister Udaylal Anjana has been kept in ICU of Indore and Forest Minister Sukhram Bishnoi has been kept in the ICU of Rajasthan Health University. During the election campaign, Health Minister Raghu Sharma himself got corona infected in his area from where he had to be brought to Jaipur.

Even former deputy CM Sachin Pilot has not yet fully recovered from the corona. Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat Kailash Meghwal Arjun Ram Meghwal Corona has been found infected. While other MPs Hanuman Beniwal and Kirori Lal Meena Rajendra Gehlot have also tested positive for Corona.
