On Monday, in the court of Rajasthan High Court Justice Manoj Garg, the CJM Rural Court presented against the acquittal of Saif Ali Khan, actresses Neelam, Tabu, Sonali and Dushyant Singh in the Kankani deer hunting case and Gave a hearing on leave to appeal.

Explain that this appeal has been submitted late by the government, due to which the reason given for the delayed appeal was presented by the State Advocate while arguing on the application of section five. On the other hand, satisfied with the pleas of the state advocates, the High Court Justice Manoj Kumar Garg's appeal was accepted by the court and now the case will be heard again after 4 weeks. After this appeal is accepted, the troubles of all the accused can also increase in it.

Let us tell you that during the shooting of the film 'Hum Saath Saath Hain' in 1998, two Krishna deer (Blackbuck) were hunted on the outskirts of Kankani village by Salman Khan and co-accused in the middle of the night of 1 and 2 October and then after this case Salman Khan was sentenced to 5 years in prison after nearly twenty years by the CJM Rural Court while hearing in the court. At the same time, giving the benefit of doubt to the co-accused was acquitted, however, an appeal was filed against it by the Rajasthan government in the Rajasthan High Court, which has been heard. Today, with the acceptance of the application of section five, the problems of co-accused are also going to increase.
