Jaipur: Today is the final of the fierce battle in Rajasthan politics for the past several days. Today Rajasthan High Court will give its verdict on the petition of Sachin Pilot and other rebel MLAs. In the last hearing, the court stopped the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly from taking any action against the rebels. After which the speaker moved the apex court, but the SC also refused to postpone the HC hearing. Now everyone's eyes are on the High Court's decision.

Former deputy CM Sachin Pilot and his colleagues, who took a rebel stance within the party, moved the court after receiving the notice of the speaker. The Congress complained to the Vis Speaker for not attending the meeting of the Legislature Party, then the Speaker gave notice. While hearing the matter, the court reserved its decision, and asked the speaker not to take any action. Now the verdict will be pronounced at 10.30 am today.

The order by the High Court not to pass a decision was considered by Rajasthan Vic President CP Joshi in violation of the constitution. It was claimed on behalf of CP Joshi that until the speaker takes a decision, the court cannot interfere in its functioning. However, the apex court refused to defer the hearing of the High Court even after several hours of hearing. The top court said that it is just a matter of one day, first the decision of the High Court should come. Therefore, it will now be heard on Monday.
