Jaipur: A case of rape of a student in a school in Jhunjhunu district of Rajasthan has come to light. The temple of education in Rajasthan has once again been tarnished. A case of rape of a government school student in Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan, has come to light at the school itself. The class VII student has accused the school principal of rape.

The victim's family members complained to the child helpline only after the accused principal Keshav Yadav, 31, was arrested. However, the Rajasthan government has suspended principal Keshav Yadav, accused of rape, in action. It is also alleged that Keshav had been sending obscene messages to the victim for the past several days and was trying to molest her. It is said that when the student informed two school teachers about it, they started threatening the girl on the contrary. The teacher threatened not to tell anyone else and took a mobile phone and deleted obscene messages. In this regard, the police station in-charge Bhajan Lal Ram said that the principal has been accused of misbehaving with girls in the past.

According to reports, the victim has alleged that one day she called the victim early and raped her in the school itself. Later, when the victim told her cousin and mother the whole thing, it was reported on the child helpline number on October 13. The next day on October 14, the team reached the student's village and arrested the accused after counselling the victim.
