Udaipur: A sensational case of gang-rape with a girl has come to light in the Govardhan Vilas police station area of Udaipur district of Rajasthan. This incident of gang-raping took place with a woman from Agra and belonging to the event company. Govardhan police station has registered a case based on the report of the girl and started the investigation.

Giving information about the case, ASP Anant Kumar said that the entire incident took place on Sunday night. The victim was sitting in a car with her partner near a dhaba in Govardhanvilas police station area. During this time, some youths started talking to them on the pretext of asking the way and then, after getting a chance, kidnapped them in their car and escaped. The accused drove the woman and her partner in the car all night. During this time, the accused gang-raped the girl in the car on at the point of knife and gun.

Not only this, they also demanded Rs 2 lakh to leave both of them, although the youths escaped leaving them both in a deserted area in the morning. The victim, along with the event company operator and partner, reached the Govardhanvilas police station in the evening and filed a complaint. In view of the seriousness of the case, an immediate investigation was started. In its initial investigation, the police have arrested about four accused and detained them.
