Jaipur: The State Consumer Commission has imposed a fine of Rs 30 lakh on Narayan Cardiovascular Hospital and Rs 10 lakh on Dr. Ankit Mathur and Anshu Kabra, who performed the operation, taking serious note of the patient's leg cutting and 14 operations due to negligence in the operation. The Commission passed the order on a complaint filed by Raghuvir Singh. In its order, the Commission said that the complainant was a retired officer and should have undergone bypass surgery.

Even after that, the stunts were put through the foot instead of putting it through the hands without his consent, while the victim had a disease in both legs. During this period, the victim had a heart fracture and blood was deposited in his lungs. When it was operated upon, the victim had a gangrene in his leg and had to be amputated. It also affected the kidneys, causing the victim to undergo 14 surgeries and to have 42 bottles of blood transfusions.

In fact, the victim was hospitalized on April 3, 2017. Where he underwent surgery. He had chest pains when he came to the senses. The doctors took him back to the operation theatre and pulled out the accumulated blood while piercing his chest. In the evening, his legs began to become numb and black, and his feet became gangrene. The doctors operated back the heart and leg of the victim. The first leg was cut off from the knee and later removed from the hip joint. Thus, due to negligence in treatment, 14 of the victims underwent surgery and crippled them.
