Jaipur: A rape accused from Dholpur district of Rajasthan has been arrested by the police. The accused had been raping a divorced woman for a year and a half on the pretext of marriage. A 35-year-old woman from Agra had lodged a complaint with the police for rape. After which medical examination of the woman was conducted and statements were filed under 164. The police then started searching for the accused.

On September 7, 2020, a 35-year-old woman from Agra in Uttar Pradesh had filed a police case that she was divorced. About a year and a half ago, he met 25-year-old Israr Qureshi, a resident of Agra. In the meantime, love developed between the two and the two came from Agra to Dholpur and stayed in the rented house.

For a year and a half, the two did not marry and the young man had a relationship with the woman. When the boy began to hesitate to get married, the woman reached the women's police station in Dholpur district and filed a complaint giving full information about the developments.  The police took action in the case and raided several hideouts of the accused, including Agra, but could not find out. In the meantime, the police got information through the informant that the accused had come to Dholpur. On the information, the police arrested the accused from gulab Bagh square.
