Rajasthan police bust bike theft gang, 14 bikes recovered

Dholpur: Nihalganj police station in Dholpur district of Rajasthan has recovered a large number of stolen bikes during a production warrant from a rogue man who was arrested along with a native pistol. Police have recovered more than a dozen stolen bikes from the crook's possession. The bike thief had been carrying out bike theft incidents in the district for quite some time now, which may lead to revelations of other incidents during interrogation.

According to police, the arrested crooks are members of the inter-state gang there. Nihalganj police station SHO Babulal has informed that SP Kesar Singh Shekhawat has launched a special drive to nab the bike thieves. There was a continuous increase in bike theft incidents in the district. The police has taken strict action to rein in it. He said that recently a vicious crook had recently been arrested with an illegal native pistol.

The crook was produced before the court on a production warrant. A large cache of bike thefts has also been recovered when the crook was identified during interrogation. Bike thief Bobby Putra Ramdutt resident Karka Kherli police station area had been carrying out bike theft incidents for quite some time in Diholi district. During the course of research, police have seized 14 stolen bikes.
