Jaipur: A gruesome case of rape of a 4-year-old minor girl has come to light in Karauli, Rajasthan. The victim's family makes a living by showing the game of magic and mountebank. The baby's internal organs have been badly damaged. The incident is said to have taken place on the night of May 27-28. It is being told that the police arrested the accused on May 29, 2022 (Sunday). Some media channels are also calling the accused mentally ill. Confirming the incident, Karauli SP Shailendra Indaulia said, "The condition of the girl is stable. Medical tests have been conducted by doctors. Further, advance action will be taken.''
According to media reports, the victim's family, originally from Gangapur, was living in a slum on Mahwa Road of Hindaun City for 3 months. He used to make living by showing the game of Magic. At 11 o'clock in the night of the incident, their 3-year-old little girl asked her mother for water to drink. After this, the family came to know about the loss of their 4-year-old daughter. The family members searched around but could not find her. At around 5 in the morning, a woman who picked up the garbage came to know about the girl child lying in the garbage dump. The girl was unconscious and covered in blood. She was taken to the hospital and the police were informed. In the medical examination, the doctors said that the girl had been raped. Along with this, the medical team of 5 members said that there were wounds in the back, cheeks, chest and internal organs of the girl. The victim was sent to Jaipur for better treatment.
On regaining consciousness, the child moaned in pain and told about the incident that had happened to her. The girl said, "While sleeping with her parents, a boy picked her up in the dock. After going away from there, he took off my clothes and did some inappropriate thing. He bit my cheek and nailed it to the chest. Even after I cried, he did not leave me and slammed me to the ground, beating me with a stick. After a long time, he dressed me and threw me in the garbage near the track and ran away.''
A complaint has been lodged at the Naimandi police station in Karauli. According to the victim's family, he had gone to the police station at 3 o'clock in that night, but the policemen present there returned them. According to media reports, the policemen said, 'Go and sleep. Will get the girl in the morning. When the girl was found in the morning by the victim's family near the garbage heap, the police said, 'Take it to the hospital and get treatment'. After registering a case under the Pocso Act, the police has handed over the investigation to DSP Kishorilal. According to the report, soon action can be taken against 4 policemen including one ASI.
