Rajasthan: The ruckus started ahead of assembly elections in the state

Jaipur: Ahead of the 2023 Assembly elections in Rajasthan, the bjp has once again witnessed a tug of war over the chief ministerial candidate. Vasundhara Raje's visit to the districts just before the elections has put the opposition camp on alert. The former chief minister has always been on a tour of the state a year and a half before the elections. But this time the opposition is more alert.

During Vasundhara Raje's visit to Udaipur, supporters shouted 'Green in Kesariya, Vasundhara in Rajasthan'. Leader of the Opposition Gulab Chand Kataria was also present with Vasundhara Raje when the sloganeering was taking place. Vasundhara was accompanied by Kataria's arch rival, Janata Sena president Randhir Singh Bhinder. Former ministers Yunus Khan, Srichand Kripalani, former BJP president Ashok Parnami, Mavli MLA Dharmanarayan Joshi, Udaipur Mayor GS Tank, Deputy Mayor Paras Singhvi and BJP city president Ravindra Shrimali were also present. On Wednesday, Vasundhara Raje was given a grand welcome at the Dabok airport.

Let us tell you that, in the recent meeting of the working committee of the state BJP held in Kota, the political mercury was heated up by the jostling with Vasundhara supporters. Vasundhara supporters did not allow former MLA Bhawani Singh Rajawat to attend the meeting. Angry Vasundhara supporters shouted slogans.
