In a recent interview, Rajesh Azmeera, an accomplished IT professional, took us through the remarkable chapters of his life—a journey that started from a hamlet, transcended economic challenges, and evolved into a saga of educational and technological triumphs. Born into a poor family where education was a luxury, Azmeera emerged as the first generation to step into the realm of academia.

The transformative power of education became evident early in Azmeera's life. He attended a Gurukul, APR School, Sarvail—an institution that went beyond conventional education by having teachers accompany students 24/7. His stellar academic performance secured him a free seat in a corporate college, setting the stage for his journey into the world of higher education.

Azmeera's academic prowess continued to shine as he earned a place in one of India's premier deemed colleges, CBIT, Hyderabad, where he graduated with distinction. His educational journey took a significant turn when he secured a position at Infosys through campus placements—an achievement he considers the second-best thing that happened in his life.

At Infosys, Azmeera's skills and dedication earned him a nomination to work on the BT (British Telecom) Project, a strategic SMNT platform crucial for Service Assurance & Service for numerous service providers. During this tenure, he expanded his knowledge base, incorporating web logic, Python scripting, Unix scripting, and Oracle Database concepts. Azmeera actively contributed to building a robust backend support system ideal for Information Management.

Over three years at Infosys, Azmeera delved into tasks such as backups, restores, deployments, issue resolution, and coordination with other companies for project updates. His professional growth was not limited to technical skills; he also honed his communication, team, and leadership skills, fostering excellent relationships with seniors and team members.

Eager to explore diverse technologies, Azmeera seized an opportunity at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), India's second-largest Oil & Gas Company. Here, he further enriched his technical skills and contributed significantly to data center operations, management, backups, restores, recovery, and business continuity processes.

Azmeera's commitment to continuous learning and technological advancement led him to pursue SAP certification, enabling him to deliver training as a faculty to individuals nominated by SAP. He successfully completed the migration of all physical systems to virtual, gaining expertise in virtualization's role in technological innovation.

Furthering his educational journey, Azmeera pursued a Master's in ITM at IIT Chicago, graduating with a perfect CGPA of 4.0/4.0. His outstanding contributions to IIT earned him a distinguished award. As part of digital transformation, Azmeera executed critical projects, showcasing his skills in stress testing, system configurations, and SAP systems migration to the Google Cloud Platform.

Azmeera's impact reached new heights with projects involving SAP SNC, CRM, ECC 6.0 EHP8, BW 7.5 Bobj, and HANA migration to the Google Cloud Platform. His expertise extended to areas like backup and restore, Solman 7.2 migration, and configuration of various systems.

In a field where staying abreast of diverse technologies is paramount, Azmeera stands out as a beacon of knowledge and innovation.
