Superstar Rajinikanth remains in the headlines about his statement. Let us tell you that, Rajinikant reached in Chennai, to meet with his fans at Raghavendra Kalyana Mandapam, where the superstar said that he has decided to join politics on December 31.

During this, Rajinikanth said in his statement that, "I am not new to politics, though I am a little late. My entry is equal to victory. I will announce entry in politics on December 31." He further said, "I had planned to meet my fans before, and also told that when Jayalalitha met me in my house, I was humble and she also paid tribute to filmmaker Balachandar."

Significantly, last time the superstar had met his fans in May and at that time it was news that he was coming to politics. He kept the story alive by saying, “God decides what we have to do in life at every phase. Right now, he wants me to be an actor and I’m fulfilling my responsibility. If God willing, I will enter politics tomorrow. If I enter, I will be very truthful and will not entertain people who are in this to make money. I won’t work with such people”.
