New Delhi: Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh was found to be infected with corona on Monday. Rajnath Singh himself tweeted about it. Rajnath Singh has said that he is a quarantine at his house and has no serious symptoms of the corona. Rajnath Singh tweeted, "I have been found infected with corona today with mild symptoms. I am in home quarantine. I urge all those who have come in contact with me recently to isolate themselves and get their corona test done.''

As per the data released by the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare earlier, India has seen an increase in corona cases. India has reported 1,79,723 cases of coronavirus disease on Monday. On the other hand, the number of active cases has also crossed the 700,000 mark.

It looks as if the third wave of the Covid-19 epidemic has hit India, as the virus is spreading rapidly in the states, adding to the daily infection. This is the fourth consecutive day that the daily cases of corona in India are crossing 1 lakh.
