New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday spoke to Shikha Srivastava, wife of stand-up comedian and actor Raju Srivastava, who is admitted to AIIMS in Delhi, and enquired about her husband's well-being and wished him a speedy recovery. Prime Minister Modi assured all possible help in Raju's treatment. Raju Srivastava suffered a heart attack on Wednesday when he was running on a treadmill in the gym of a hotel in Delhi. He was staying in this hotel. He was immediately rushed to Delhi AIIMS. Raju Srivastava was not conscious for the first 48 hours of treatment.

Meanwhile, there has been a piece of relief news about his health. There was no improvement in his condition for the last 2 days, but on the third day, his body started responding. At around 10 pm on Thursday night, PM Narendra Modi spoke to Raju's wife on the phone and enquired about Raju Srivastava's condition.  

CM Yogi Adityanath is also constantly monitoring Raju's health. Prime Minister Modi has also spoken to the doctors of AIIMS and inquired about the entire situation. Raju Srivastava, popularly known as Gajodhar, is also a BJP leader. He is currently the chairman of the Uttar Pradesh Film Development Council. Chief Minister Yogi has instructed the officers to fully help Raju's family in this difficult time. According to doctors, Raju's body response is a good sign. According to cardiologist Dr Sandeep, who is treating him, for the first time in 48 hours, he has folded his legs by himself, which is a positive sign. However, due to the lack of brain support for Raju Srivastava, now the team of the neurology department is also engaged in his supervision.
