New Delhi: Lockdown has been in force in the country for the last two months due to the global epidemic coronavirus crisis. In the fourth phase of lockdown 4, the airline has been given a concession and domestic flights have started in the country from Monday. The way has now been opened for the meeting of parliamentary committees.

Rajya Sabha Speaker Venkaiah Naidu discussed the meetings of the Parliamentary Committee related to different ministries and explained the strategy ahead. Now that domestic flights and train services have been restored to some extent in the country, it may be possible for MPs to reach Delhi. Venkaiah Naidu discussed these meetings with the officials of Parliament, in which the rules were also discussed which would be applicable during these meetings.

The fourth phase of lockdown will end at the end of this month, in such a situation, on Saturday, Rajya Sabha Chairman Venkaiah Naidu discussed with the Lok Sabha speaker. In which there was talk about committees related to both houses. Nine rooms have been identified for a total of 24 department meetings, while the other 6 rooms have also been identified. Where meetings can be held following social distancing.
