New Delhi: Rakesh Tikait, national spokesperson of the Bharatiya Kisan Union (BKU) has said on Friday that Farmers have been indulging in the farming of loss for the last 70 years. If they have to sacrifice one more crop, they are ready. Even if they have to take the help of more workers to harvest crops, they will do it. They will keep crops at their home but agitation will not be weakened.

Rakesh Tikait on Thursday said that the central government should not be under any misconception that farmers will return to harvest the crop. If they force, we will burn our crops. They should not think that the protest will end in 2 months. We will oppose the harvest as well. Earlier, while addressing the Kisan Mahapanchayat held at Kharkapunis in Hisar district of Haryana, Tikait said that the prices of crops have not increased, but fuel prices increased. The Center has destroyed the situation, if the need arises, we will take our tractors to West Bengal as well, because farmers are not getting MSP even there.

He said that the government is examining the patience of farmers. He said that the farmer is not going to go anywhere till the law is repealed. The government will also have to enact legislation on MSP.
