Kochi: With the withdrawal of special status from Kashmir by the central government, both the government and the BJP are engaged in building trust in the state. Appealing to the people, BJP National General Secretary Ramamadhav said that it is the responsibility of every Indian to connect with the people of Kashmir, as the separatist views were filled in his mind for nearly six decades. He said that the entire Kashmir belongs to India. Ram Madhav said that whatever is in the possession of Pakistan is ours, but it will come to us.

All these things were spoken by Ram Madhav at a program on 'New India, New Kashmir' organized by Ernakulam District Committee in Kochi. He said that it is the responsibility of all of us to connect with the people of Kashmir because they have been in a society whose mind was filled with separatist thoughts in the last 50-60 years. He also said that as Indians, we should not see Kashmir through the prism of Pakistan. Madhav said that Jinnah had propagated the principle of two-nation, which resulted in the partition of the country.
