Former IAS Nripendra Mishra, chairman of the building construction committee of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Tirtha Kshetra Trust, constituted by the government for the construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya, reached Ayodhya at 9:30 am. He is meeting with Commissioner DM, SSP at Circuit House. He is accompanied by AK Mittal, head of the technical team of the Vaishno Devi Shrine Board. He has been the former president of NBCC.

According to media reports, he is also accompanied by LNT engineer Diwakar Tripathi. Former IAS Home Department Ashok Singh is also present in the meeting. Nripendra Mishra's entire team has come with him. While Ashok Singh has a lot of experience in matters related to security, AK Mittal and Diwakar Tripathi will look at the location along with Shri Mishra for the construction of the temple, from the grand complex to the temple construction.

In today's meeting, there will be a detailed discussion about the model, design, construction period, cost, etc. of the temple. During the meeting with the Chief Minister, Nripendra Mishra also discussed the proposed plans for the development of Ayodhya and the work being done on behalf of various departments like tourism, public works, culture, etc. If sources are to be believed, the date of Bhoomi Poojan can be fixed in a meeting to be held in Ayodhya on Saturday. Vishwa Hindu Parishad has proposed Ram Navami, Ekadashi or Akshaya Tritiya for Bhoomi Pujan.
