A strict fasting routine is followed by Muslims during the month of Ramadan. This holy month marks the fasting from sunrise to sunset. 

The people suffering from various health problems have issues when they fast. As the complete day goes by in absence of intake of food and water. It is true that the diabetic patients face little acidic problems. 

here are few mentions that diabetics must totally avoid. 


 there are long gaps between meals in the month of, therefore, the patients should avoid the intake of the following. 

1. All foods and drinks that cause irritation in the blood sugar.
2. Fatty products, including concentrated juices full of sugar.
3. White bread is also known as Maida. 
4. Dried fruits 
5. Sweetened breakfast cereals 
6. Biscuits or cookies
7. Full-fat dairy products including milk and curd.


The people who follow this during Ramadan as a diabetic patient, This can cause a little relief during the fasting time. It is advised by dieticians to have a healthy meal during Ramadan because of the long gaps between the intake of the meals.
