Fasting can really lower the energy and sugar level among some. It is better to eat something heavy before the day starts, and this year the month of Ramazan came in summers which makes it extra difficult reaching the notch of extremity for people who survive without water.
Here are some meal suggestions that you must adopt, in order to have a filled stomach all day and are not on the verge of fainting.


1. First things first, you hardly get to have two meals, do not miss any of them , no matter what. The intake of food this time helped you to survive all day.
2. If you can’t eat heavy in the morning, better soak some nuts overnight , eat them, try to increase the intake of fruits and juices more.
3. Eat multigrain food like, chicken, eggs, bread and vegetables which are high in fibre should be taken.
4.a personal tip would be intake of parantha filled with paneer or anything that is protein rich.
5. Drink lots of water so that your body is not dehydrated.
6. Open your fast with water with lemon and sugar, or juices that helps you to regain water content.
7. Dates are a must during Ramazan as they are high doses of vitamins.
8. After some time of iftaar, try to eat a complete balanced diet meal that includes rice, chapati and vegetables and pulses.
