Ramzaan is known to Muslims as a holy month. Children of all ages and elders participate in the seheri and iftaar time of fast. Praying, fasting from sunrise to sunset and giving alms are the key things considered to be the sacrifices made by them.In this holy month, the very first verses of the holy Quran were revealed to Prophet Mohammad known as the night of lailat-ul-qadr.

Even if you are a grown-up or a little child, it is difficult for you to survive the complete day without even a single drop of water. A person should know the things that will prevent him from craving food and water all day. After all sacrificing is the absolute meaning of Ramazan.

1. Eat correctly:
Eating the right food is very important, food that breaks slowly in your body all day and keeps giving you the energy to survive. Avoid junk food and caffeine, it will make your throat dry after a little time.
2. Keep yourself busy:
The more you indulge yourself in other work, the more you’ll forget about the fast. Keeping your mind away from the food. Avoid doing anything that burdens you and leaves you wanting for water.
3.Sleep properly:
We all know it gets difficult to get sleep along with salaat and fasting but the more you sleep, the more time you’ll get to relax and calm your body.
