Shivgami Devi, who was seen in 'Bahubali', actress Ramya Krishnan, did some of the best Bollywood films in the nineties, but now she does not appear in films. Ramya Krishnan has worked in Hindi films like 'Khalnayak', 'Criminal', 'Shapat' and 'Bade Miya Chhoti Mian'. Recently, when asked by a website why did she take a break from Bollywood even after doing so many good films?

She told, "I did not take a break. In fact, my films were not doing well and I did not take any interest in the offers. Meanwhile, I was doing a great job in South Indian films." Ramya was to work in a Hindi-Tamil film played by Amitabh Bachchan, but that project was cancelled. "This project did not hit the floor. I think there is a problem, which I am not aware of. I have not started shooting for it yet."

A Telugu-Hindi film will be made soon which stars Vijay Devarkonda and Ananya Pandey. She is very excited about this. She told "It is co-produced by Karan Johar. Puri Jagannath is its director.
