Mainpuri: In a shocking incident, a bride's uncle was beaten to death in a quarrel over rasgulla in Mainpuri, UP. The incident took place in Bikapur village in the Kuravali Kotwali area. There was a dispute over the theft of a bucket full of rasgullas during the wedding program in the village, after which the assault started. In the same incident, the bride's uncle died due to excessive injuries. Many people together beat the bride's uncle. At the same time, one more person has also been seriously injured in this fight.

In fact, the deceased Ranbir Singh had come to Bikapur with his brother-in-law Ramkishore to attend the wedding of his brother-in-law's daughter. Barati had eaten the feast. Two boys named Rajat and Ajay of the village started stealing buckets full of rasgullas, but Ranbir and Ramkishore stopped them, which led to a dispute.

Ramkishore and the villagers got into an argument over rasgullas, which later turned into an assault. After this, Ranbir Singh was beaten to death by Rajat and Ajay, while the brother-in-law of the deceased Ramkishore has been admitted to PGI Hospital in Saifai in critical condition. The police have registered a case of murder and arrested three criminals while the fourth is absconding.
