Rang Panchmi is the festival of  lots of food and colours. And the Rang Panchmi  is even happier if you take care of your health while you play it, or when you binge on Holi treats.  On this occasion you can cheat with foods that are still healthier than others so that you can have your fun, but still not sabotage all your efforts to lose weight and be healthy?

Chana Masala – Chana Masala or Chole is another one of the typical dishes you must have on Holi. Chickpeas are really rich in fibre and therefore help in keeping diabetes controlled, and aid weight loss. Try to keep the curry light oil-free to get the maximum health benefits.
