Bhojpuri has many stars in the film industry, but there is one actress who has the highest popularity, so she is also fondly called Madhuri Dixit of Bhojpuri. Rani Chatterjee has been the Bhojpuri world for many years and hence she has also come to be called the Queen of Bhojpuri cinema.

Rani not only shows her acting skills in films but also expresses her opinion on all issues related to the country. Rani Chatterjee not only talked about her upcoming projects but also shared with us what her stand is on the film about Sushant Singh's life which is about to be released. Just a while ago, the Delhi High Court rejected Sushant's father's plea and refused to ban movies on Sushant and talking about it, Rani Chatterjee says, "I think the films on Sushant's life are not right without his family's consent. Sushant's first right is that of his family, so even if someone had to make a film, thee should take permission from Sushant's family".

She further said, "I think the way people have found the way people make money by making a movie in sushant's name is not right". Recalling her first meeting with Sushant Singh, Rani Chatterjee says, "I still remember my first meeting with Sushant and will always be remembered. This was in 2011 when Sushant Singh and I participated in a charity show event for cancer affected children in Mumbai's Andheri area. I arrived at the event in the morning after shooting overnight. It was a 1 hour programme, when I met Sushant at the stand, I asked Ahista what Women's Day today. As soon as I said this to Sushant, he looked at me in shock and said, "You don't know, today is Women Day." I told him that I had shot all night so was a little confused, Sushant laughed a little and then he wished me Women s Day".
