New Delhi: The Supreme Court has stayed the case of Asaram's son Narayan Sai, who is serving a life sentence in a rape case. In fact, Narayan Sai was decided by the Gujarat High Court to be released on a 14-day floor, but now the apex court has stayed it.

In fact, the Gujarat High Court in June ordered the release of Narayan Sai on a 14-day furlough, which was challenged in the apex court. Solicitor General Tushar Mehta appeared for the Gujarat government in the case. After the hearing, the apex court stayed the high court's decision. Tell you that furlough and parole are different. Furlow is sanctioned only for 14 days, while the parole period can also be extended.

In 2013, two sisters from Surat alleged that Asaram and his son Narayan Sai had raped them.  Both the sisters had lodged a complaint that they were raped several times by the father and son in 2002 and 2005. Narayan was arrested by the Delhi Police in December 2013 following a complaint, after which Narayan was sentenced to life imprisonment by the Surat sessions court.
