NEW DELHI: Taxi driver molested girl near Moti Bagh, Delhi. Accused arrested from his friend's house by the police after girl submitted FIR.
20 year old girl from Noida visited Delhi in search of job.She was waiting for local bus near All India Institute of Medical Science(AIIMS), around 9PM, last night.
Maruti car stopped near her and offered her lift to Noida. Car was bearing a sticker of Ministry of Home Affairs(MHA), girl accepted offer and sat inside the car. It was around 11PM-12AM when car was half way to Noida near Moti Bagh, girl was physically abused inside a car.
However she managed and escaped from the car and reached to Police, near South campus area Police officers were patrolling. After listening to her complain, they sent victim to the Police station through PCR van.
Soon after submitting FIR, victim was sent to the hospital for medical check up. Till the time Police reached the incident spot, driver left the car at the place and elated. Accused was arrested from his friend's house. The Police has registered case under IPC (Indian Penal Code) section 357 and 376.
