New Delhi: A case of raping a minor girl has been registered against a retired Intelligence Bureau (IB) officer in the country's capital Delhi. In this case, the Karol Bagh Police of Delhi has registered a case and started investigation.

According to the information given by the police, this incident is of March 8. A 17-year-old minor girl has accused of rape against a 60-year-old retired IB officer. According to the complaint of the victim girl, the accused called her to meet her at a hotel located in Karol Bagh on the pretext of a job. The accused raped the girl in the hotel itself and sent her back home.

The girl went home and informed her parents about this. When the victim girl told this to the family members, they immediately called the police and later registered a case after reaching Karol Bagh police station. Apart from the POCSO Act, the police have registered a case against the accused under several other sections.
