Varanasi A rape victim accused newly-elected BSP MP Atul Rai Ghosi of Mau district for threatening her. The victim released the video and accused the people of MP are calling them and threatening to withdraw the case. The victim released the video, pleading for justice from PM Modi, CM and the court. The victim said that me, my family and witness is being tortured by Atul Rai. He also alleged that his witness has also been falsely prosecuted.

No action has been taken by the SP to complain about it. The victim has also accused the crime branch of not cooperating. Also said that our private messages are being leaked. At the same time, the victim said that Atul Rai's men have threatened to do worse than Unnao's victim after MP was released from jail. A girl from Ballia had accused Atul Rai of misconduct.

It is alleged that on March 7, 2018, the victim was called to the restaurant on the pretext of meeting her wife and took her into the room and misbehaved. The video was made with a CCTV camera and then the victim was threatened. He also made the video viral. An FIR was lodged at the Lanka Police Station in Varanasi on May 19. The court sentenced him to jail.
