Bhubaneswar: A rare turtle has been resuscitated in Balasore district of Odisha. Everyone is shocked to see because this rare turtle is yellow colored. According to the information received, this rare turtle saved by the villagers in Sujanpur village has now been handed over to the forest department.

Indian Forest Service officer Sushant Nanda has also tweeted a video of this rare turtle. Sharing this video, he wrote- 'Maybe it was an albino. A few years ago a turtle of this type was resuscitated by the locals in Sindh. In this post, officer Sushant Nanda has written that pink eyes are a symbolic feature of albinism.

A picture of this yellow turtle is being shared quite a lot on the internet. However, a Twitter user shared this picture and wrote in the caption, 'I think it is albinism. We see the same in other animals. Recently they found an albino tiger in Kaziranga. Apart from this, another user wrote in the comment, 'There is nothing new, it is an albino Indian flapshell turtle. These turtles are found throughout the country. However, it is particularly very special because only one in ten thousand babies have albino. '
