Only a few days ago, it was rumored that Rashmika Mandanna is playing a part in Vijay's 64th film. Now, the Geetha Govindam actress will be pairing up with Superstar Mahesh Babu in his next film to be directed by Anil Ravipudi.  If the rumors about her part in Anil Ravipudi's film turn out to be true, the actress will enter the big league of leading South Indian heroines.

The young and successful director of films such as F2 and Raja The Great has already begun casting and pre-production process. He first planned to rope in Sai Pallavi for this movie but has finalized Rashmika Mandanna. The Kannada actor has now become the new sensation in the South after her success with Geetha Govindam, in which she was paired opposite Vijay Deverakonda.

Rashmika too reportedly agreed to do the film without hesitation as it is Mahesh Babu's movie. An official announcement is awaited. The untitled mass entertainer will start rolling from June this year. Rashmika is currently playing the lead role in Vijay Deverakonda's film Dear Comrade, which is set to release on July 26. In the film, Rashmika is playing the role of a cricket player while Vijay is a student leader.
