Jammu: People are facing a lot of problems after the lockdown implemented due to the Coronavirus epidemic. Balgram, the shelter of the destitute children of Jammu, has come to the verge of being destitute due to the lockdown itself. This Balgram, which runs entirely with the help of donations, has only a few days of ration left.

Due to the lockdown in this charitable home based on 122 children, donors are not able to access. Due to which the problem of eating and drinking has arisen for the children living here. More than the corona among children, there is a fear that how will work without rationing in the coming time. Children and people who run charitable homes are getting upset thinking that what will happen if no donor comes forward in time.

The social welfare department of the government provides annual assistance of just Rs 3 lakh to this Balgram Charitable Home. Whereas for the 122 children living in this home up to the 10th class, education, books, clothes, living food, and staff costs around 1 lakh rupees per month, which depends on all the donors.
