NEW DELHI: CBI has started clamping down on several former senior officers of Kamal Nath's nephew Ratul Puri and Moser Baier. The agency has registered a case against Ratul Puri and mojbarbeer's then Executive Director and others. He said, the investigating agency has conducted searches at six places including the offices of the company and the house of the accused directors. Those who have been booked include company Mojbeer, Managing Director Deepak Puri, Directors-Neeta Puri, Sanjay Jain and Vineet Sharma.

Last month, Ratul Puri had arrived at the ED office at the MTNL building on Delhi's Jawaharlal Nehru Road for questioning. He was summoned by ED for questioning in the VVIP helicopter scam. He was questioned for a while but in the meantime he feared that the ED team would be arrested. Ratul asked the investigating officer at the ED office to go to the restroom. He went to the restroom and then disappeared from there.

When the investigating officer did not reach Ratul for long, the ED team searched them everywhere in the bathroom and the ED office, but they were nowhere to be found. Then the ED team reached The Delhi house and office of Ratul, but they did not find it. The CBI has registered a case against them in the Rs 354 crore bank scam case. Abhishek Manu Singhvi and Vijay Agarwal are defending themselves in the court.
