New Delhi: Businessman and Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Kamal Nath's nephew Ratul Puri has suffered a major setback in the money laundering case related to the AgustaWestland scam. The court extended his judicial custody till 25 October. This order has been given by Special CBI Judge Arvind Kumar today i.e. on Monday. Now the eyes of Ratul Puri and his supporters have come on 25 October. Now it has to be seen whether Ratul Puri's Diwali is also celebrated in jail or he will get relief. Ratul Puri is already in judicial custody till 17 October in Moser Baer.

He is in judicial custody in a bank fraud case. Earlier, the court extended the judicial custody of Ratul Puri to the Moser Baer case till October 3. Apart from this, Ratul Puri is also in judicial custody in the money laundering case related to the AgustaWestland scam. Significantly, the name of Ratul Puri, nephew of Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Kamal Nath, came to light after the interrogation of a government witness and Dubai businessman Rajiv Saxena in the money laundering case related to the Rs 3600 crore AgustaWestland case.
