Method of making Rava Kesari- To make Rava Kesari, first of all take a pan and add ghee to it and heat it on the gas. After that, when the ghee is hot and completely melted, add semolina (Rava) in it and fry it on medium flame. Now in the meantime, add water and 1 cup of sugar to another pot and keep it on medium flame. After this, take a little bit of saffron and put it in the saucepan and dissolve it well.

On the other hand, keep running the sooji intermittently while baking with the help of a ladle. Now as long as the semolina is sick, take the cashews, almonds and pistachios in a bowl and cut them into small pieces. After this, put all of them in semolina and mix well. Keep paying attention to the sweet jaggery pot in between. At the same time, when the sauce comes to a boil, turn off the gas. It will take about 10 minutes for Suzy to soak well. When the colour of the semolina becomes lightly golden, put the prepared sweet jaggery in it.
